About Us

Everick Foundation is a non-profit charity, which provides an avenue for Aboriginal communities and educational facilities to engage with opportunities in Australian archaeological and cultural heritage research, outreach, and learning.

Everick Foundation was created in response to the observed difficulty Aboriginal groups and heritage consultants have in capturing opportunities for archaeological research and community outreach. We facilitate community driven research and heritage focused education initiatives throughout Australia.

We emphasise the ethical imperative to pursue endeavours aimed at enhancing Aboriginal cultural knowledge and securing tangible outcomes for communities. By establishing a non-profit, charitable presence in Australia’s cultural heritage sector, we are able to offer support to Aboriginal communities to achieve Aboriginal led, positive cultural heritage outcomes.

Everick Vision

Everick’s vision is to protect, raise awareness, and encourage participation in cultural heritage management and archaeology in Australia.

Everick Story

Everick was established as an archaeology and cultural heritage consultancy in 2002 by, Dr Richard and Evelyn Robins. As a family owned and operated business, managing director Tim Robins, utilises his skills as an archaeologist and solicitor to nurture and develop the company founded by his parents.

Archaeologists study the past, but at Everick we have a dual focus, we uncover and acknowledge the past so we are open to embrace the future. Our logo of symbolic arrows together, facing backwards and forwards, reminds us that the past, present, and future are intertwined. Looking back and looking forward, we achieve the best heritage outcomes for today.

Everick has built a reputation for quality and professional integrity. We are proud of our industry leading status. We provide positive heritage outcomes for commercial clients. We seek to empower Aboriginal communities to uncover and own their cultural heritage. We excel in providing heritage management advice on Aboriginal and historic heritage places of World, National, State and local significance.
