What is a CHMP?
A Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) is a statutory agreement between a land user and Traditional Owners as outlined in the relevant act of your jurisdiction. A CHMP looks at mitigation strategies necessary to avoid or minimise harm to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander cultural heritage from land use activities.
How do Everick give back to community?
Everick Foundation is our non-profit platform which offers community engagement, outreach, education and research to support Aboriginal groups and educational facilities.
Can Everick teach archaeology at schools?
Everick love to come to schools and connect with students! Classrooms should be encouraged to be curious, driven to see how they fit into the broader continuum of time, and inspired to explore what their archaeological footprint could be.
